ComboBox don't work with firefox

Autosuggestion Problem.

With IE work fine but with firefox when I try to write something (anything) the control remain blank. If the control has something (some words) and try to hit a key from my keyboard the control return to blank.

I talk about the textbox of control and not for the list.

The list items displayed fine.

Same problem here. Works fine in IE and Safari but in Firefox you cannot type any text in the input area. Worked fine until the latest version.

My live system is now unusable in Firefox, and I've been waiting over a month for a fix. Shouldn't this issue be treated as a High rather than Low priority - PLEASE !!!

I updated AjxControToolkit to last version 4.1.60919 and I have the same problem. In IE autocomplete works fine, but in Firefox doesn't (I have version 16.0.2).

Editing text works fine with current firefox release (16.0.2) but if I hit "del" while there is text in the textfield, the cursor jumps to position zero and a point is added to the text at the end.

Same here. Using Firefox 16.0.1. It is an issue that has created some major problems for me.

As a help to "people of the future", the workaround/fix for this problem is to assign a maxlength for the combobox control. Once that's done, firefox will accept input.

Ex: MaxLength="100"

As per my experience, Google Chrome does not have any problem with any version, only FireFox does have. But firefox works fine with version 3.5.50731.0, only version 4.1.7.123 and/or above do not allow typing in the textbox.

Even the solution provided in the item http://ajaxcontroltoolkit.codeplex.com/workitem/27350 does not work.
